Child therapy & intervention

Path to Grow Psychology provides a warm, welcoming, and supportive therapy space for children, parents, and families. I work with children across a range of concerns and areas of need, including the following:

  • Anxiety, worries, and fears
  • Emotion regulation and behaviour
  • Social differences and friendship concerns
  • Support needs related to autism, ADHD, and AuDHD
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Grief and loss
  • Family changes, transitions, and difficult life events

I support neurodivergent children and their families through therapy and intervention that is neurodiversity-affirming and have a particular interest in supporting children with ADHD and their families. My approach is informed by my clinical experience and ongoing professional training, as well as my own lived experience of parenting alongside ADHD and being part of a neurodivergent family.
