A standard 50-minute session is $240.00. If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session. For NDIS clients, session fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS price guide.

Yes. To claim the Medicare rebate you need a referral, along with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), from your GP.

A Mental Health Treatment Plan covers up to 10 sessions per calendar year. 

Yes, I can see clients under self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans. 

Many private health funds offer a rebate for psychology under extras cover. It is recommended that you check with your fund for details.

My practice has a particular focus on supporting children aged 3–12, from the preschool years through to the end of primary school, however I am experienced in working with clients of all ages.

Yes. What you share in sessions is treated as confidential and psychologists are bound by strict professional and legal obligations to protect your privacy. There are a small number of exceptions, such as when there is a serious risk of harm, or when information is required by law or a court order. I will explain these limits to confidentiality clearly during the first session.
